Returns & Exchanges
US orders only

Don't like it? No worries! we'll gladly accept the item for return or exchange as long as it:

    • Is returned within 30 days of original purchase.
    • Is in new condition
    • Is accompanied by the original invoice/confirmation email.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:

    • Items bought with gift cards or items that were gifted.
    • Items bought on sale/clearance.
    • Items purchased using a discount code.

We are pleased to offer shipping service with the US Postal Service with Pre-paid Return Labels

To start a return or exchange, contact us a shopmudvii@gmail.com.

Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. It may take at least 2 weeks to fully process refunds.  

International customers can send items back to us using any trackable method, at your expense. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information clearly written with your return:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The original invoice/confirmation email, or the order number

Cost differs for returns outside the country.

We are not liable for lost packages. However, we will work with you in locating the package in any way we can. 

Refund does not include the original shipping cost, only the cost of the product(s). A flat fee of $5 will be deducted for orders that received free shipping at the time of purchase. This is to help us buffer shipping cost.

Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to fully process on some orders.

Damaged or defective items

In the case of items damaged during shipment,  please email us at shopmudvii@gmail.com. With the following information:

  • Detailed explanation of defect/damaged area
  • Picture of defect/damaged area

We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. We will send it to you at no charge and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item along with the invoice/receipt you received via email that includes your full name and order number. A free shipping label will be provided for you.

Product that was gifted, cannot be returned.
